  • Period 8-1 was on the field trip with me today to the Junior Achievement Center in Cumming, GA.  When we returned at the beginning of 5th, this class stayed with me and completed a Quickwrite.  After the Quickwrite, students could read their library books or work on our current http://www.noredink.com module.
  • Periods 8-4 and 8-5 began working on our learning activities for the short story “Fish Cheeks” by Amy Tan.  They picked up a packet and went to their assigned area to get started on this new story and the thinking activities for it.
  • Period 8-6 completed a Quickwrite and then had the option of working on the new practice module http://www.noredink.com OR they could read books.  Students who needed to finish recording last week’s assignment in Seesaw could do that; students who needed to finish organizing their Language Arts binder from last week with the required checklist could also complete this task today.
